<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance for promising a hitting effect desired by a user by allowing the user to arbitrarily and alternatively select impact force in response to an areas to be hit in the body of the user. <P>SOLUTION: The health appliance includes: a long-size bar shape body 2; and cylindrical and elastic buffer members 3, 5 respectively arranged at both the ends of the bar shape body 2. One buffer member 3 and the other buffer member 5 are arranged at interval.
