The component (10) has a combustion chamber base wall (18) comprising a combustion air guiding arrangement (38) and a combustion chamber circumference wall (42). The base wall and the circumference wall surround a combustion chamber (20), and an ignition unit retaining lug (32) is opened to the combustion chamber. The base wall, a part of the guiding arrangement and the lug are arranged integrally at a component (12) i.e. metal injection molding-component, and the circumference wall and a flame tube area are formed integrally at another component (14) e.g. metal sheet component. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a combustion chamber component.
