<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device capable of maintaining a discharge amount of a fuel pump, even when a fuel pump is provided in a sub tank. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel supply device includes: a main tank 51 storing fuel; a sub tank 60 provided below the main tank 51 and supplied with the fuel from the main tank 51; a fuel pump 70 provided in the sub tank 60 and supplying the fuel to an engine 15; and a regulator 85 adjusting a pressure of the fuel discharged from the fuel pump 70. A partition 63 separating a first space 64A supplied with the fuel from the main tank 51 and supplying the fuel to the fuel pump 70 from a second space 64B that is the space other than the first space 64A is provided in the sub tank 60. A degassing hole 75 discharging gas generated in the fuel pump 70 to the second space 64B or a fuel discharge hole 86 discharging surplus fuel of the regulator 85 to the second space 64B is provided in the second space 64B.
