<p>Apparatus 10 for use in martial arts or fitness training, comprises a strike surface 11 adapted to be kicked or punched by a user during training, and mounting means 12 adapted for removably securing the strike surface 11 to a structural element, such as a door frame. The mounting means 12 are shaped and dimensioned so as to receive the structural element, and comprise at least one inflatable bladder 16 adapted upon inflation to cause the mounting means 12 to grip the structural element. The mounting means 12 may also find use in a wide range of other applications where it is desired removably to secure apparatus to a structural element.</p> |
