<p>A flaskless mold forming machine capable of forming a mold even if the thickness of a match plate varies and irrespective of the thickness of the match plate, not requiring an additional means, and having a simple mechanism. A pair of two mold forming spaces is defined by sandwiching a match plate between two flasks which are disposed in such a manner that openings of the flasks face each other, the openings being each provided in one end of each of the flasks, and by fitting squeeze boards into the openings which are each provided in the other end of each of the two flasks. Molding sand is introduced into the pair of mold forming spaces by air through sand introducing inlets which are provided in side walls of the two flasks disposed to face each other, and the molding sand is compressed by the squeeze boards to form two molds. The flasks comprise a cope, a drag, and a lower filling frame. The sand introducing inlets are provided in the side walls of the cope and of the drag.</p> |
