PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic fiber block fixing jig and a fixing structure capable of restricting removal falling and dropping of ceramic fiber block at a ceiling and a wall surface of a heat treatment furnace.SOLUTION: A metallic channel 13 fixed to each of a plurality of ceramic fiber blocks arranged inside of a furnace shell of a heat treatment furnace to form an adiabatic wall so as to fix the ceramic fiber blocks to the furnace shell is formed to have a plane symmetry in respect to a center axis in a longitudinal direction of the metallic channel 13, a sectional shape of each of both ends 24 in a width direction of the metallic channel 13 is formed into U-shape over an entire length of the longitudinal direction, and a rod-like reinforcing member 19 made of prescribed silicon nitride fine ceramics is inserted over a length of 60% of the longitudinal direction of the metallic channel 13.
