FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hernioplasty. Method includes isolation, opening, excision of hernial sac. Two blanket semi-purse-strin sutures are applied indenting 1-1.5 cm from hernial orifice edges. Interrupted sutures are applied through all layers of abdominal wall with prick in and prick out from the outside of applied sutures. Separate sutures are tied up to connection of aponeurosis edge-to-edge. Ends of threads of semi-purse-string sutures are tightened and tied up. ^ EFFECT: method is simple and prevents hernia recurrences. ^ 1 ex |
