PURPOSE: A method for controlling a smart phone in a specific zone is provided to transmit a disabled call voice or SMS in a specific zone if a signal of an origination device is sensed by an application of a smart phone. CONSTITUTION: A control program of a smart phone is delayed by an alarm unit(201). The control program receives surrounding sound source data by a microphone(202). If a first control signal is detected from the received sound source, the control program transmits a disable call voice message to a caller(204). If the first control signal is not detected from the received sound source, the control program operates a set alarm(205).
