PURPOSE: A cylindrical charcoal carbon conductor for shielding an electromagnetic wave is provided to protect eyes and a body by shielding the electromagnetic wave from a computer. CONSTITUTION: A circular space(2) is formed in the center of a carbon conductor of a porous cylindrical wooden charcoal(1). A torus tube(10) is formed by the circular space. An electromagnetic wave is absorbed by the torus tube. The carbon conductor of the porous cylindrical wooden charcoal is formed by cutting a bamboo with a preset size. Conductivity is made by carbonizing the outer skin of the bamboo through heat and improves an electromagnetic wave absorption.
