PURPOSE: A lubrication system of an engine is intended to supply oil along the hollow of a control shaft and easily supply oil to a worm through a worm wheel. CONSTITUTION: A lubrication system of an engine comprises a cam carrier, a cam shaft, a control shaft and a driving unit. The cam carrier is mounted on a cylinder head. The cam shaft is mounted on the cam carrier. The control shaft is mounted on the cam carrier to face the cam shaft. The driving unit rotates the control shaft. The driving unit continuously changes movement timing or the amount of lift of a valve. The cylinder head and the cam carrier comprises flow paths(op2, op4, op6, op8, op10, op12, op14, op16, op18, op20, op22, op24, op26, op28, and op30). The flow path receives oil from a hydraulic pump. The flow path supplies oil to the cam shaft, the control shaft and the driving unit.
