The launcher has a stopping unit (20) movably assembled on a launching arm (1) between a closed position in which a target (2) is plated against the unit under an effect of a centrifugal force and an open position in which the target is released to be expelled toward front of the arm under the effect of the force. A control device is actuated when the device cooperates with a retractable stopper (4) that is arranged around rotation axis (10) of the arm and actionable individually to open the unit according to angular positions of the arm so as to modify a path of the target.
