THREE DIMENSIONAL POROUS STRUCTURE, PRODUCING METHOD OF THE SAME, AND USES OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A three dimensional porous structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and use thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process and shorten manufacturing time by using a slide coating method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of three dimensional porous structure(50) comprises the following steps: forming a spacer on a lower substrate(10); arranging an upper substrate having a hole on the spacer; inserting dispersion solution of mixed particles including nanoparticles and sacrificed particles through the hole of the upper substrate; forming a dispersion solution of mixed particle layer between the lower substrate and the upper substrate; moving the upper substrate in parallel with the lower substrate; forming a multi layer of nano particle-sacrificed particle by drying the dispersion solution of mixed particle layer; and eliminating the sacrificed particles from the multi layer of nano particle-sacrificed particle. In the dispersion solution insertion step, the sacrificed particle has a bigger size than the nano particle.
