<p>The present invention discloses a license management method for telecommunication network management apparatuses. The method includes: a superordinate network management apparatus deploys a LICENSE file which defines the total number of the available services for all network elements; and upon receiving the number of the services which is reported by a subordinate network management apparatus, the superordinate network management apparatus determines, according to the LICENSE file and the statistic of the total number of the services for all other subordinate network management apparatuses, whether to permit the number of the services which is reported by the subordinate network management apparatus reporting the number of the services. The present invention also discloses a LICENSE management system for telecommunication network management apparatuses and a telecommunication superordinate network management apparatus. The present invention implements the service functions such as the dynamic allocation and management of the number of the carrier frequencies or the number of the channels etc., and facilitates the configuration, adjustment and utilization of the services for the operators.</p> |
