PURPOSE:To facilitate the maintenance of constant atomic formulation of the superconductive material and make the mixed state at the atomic level relatively uniform, by drying an aqueous solution of mixed nitrate salts containing elements constituting the superconductive material at a prescribed proportion to solid to effect decomposition and firing the decomposed product. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution of nitrate mixture containing (a) at least one element selected from yttrium and lanthanoid rare earth elements, (b) at least one selected from Ba and Sr and (c) copper is prepared so that the formulation becomes a prescribed proportion, then dried to solid and decomposed. Then, the product is, when needed, crushed, pre-burned, formed and burned. |
