<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel strut capable of being easily mounted on a vehicle, and easily combining other means such as a steering means for vehicles or a driving device for wheels thereto. <P>SOLUTION: A wheel strut includes a vehicle mounting means 108 for mounting a wheel strut on a vehicle, and a wheel mounting means 105 for mounting a wheel on the wheel strut. The wheel mounting means is rotatable around a longitudinal axis of the wheel strut 100 relative to the vehicle mounting means 108.
