<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple surface relief type transfer foil having a surface relief formative layer, which is capable of solving the problem of emboss peeling caused by float blocking during the process where a surface relief formative layer 3 should not be peeled by a surface relieve master plate 4, or capturing of an emboss resin by the surface relief master plate 4 to bury the concave/convex relief of a surface relief diffraction structure, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The surface relief transfer foil is constructed such that a surface relief pattern is copied by executing emboss processing on a thermoplastic resin layer formed together with a peelable protective layer on a support film. The thermoplastic resin is an acrylic urethane resin containing 0.05 to 1.0 mass% of block copolymer of methacrylic acid ester and acrylic acid fluorinated alkyl. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
