<p>Disclosed is a method for a circuit switch (CS) domain call to access the network through the visited IP multimedia core network subsystem (IMS), comprising: a mobile switching center (MSC) or a user equipment (UE) requesting a visited IMS control point (VICP) information of a calling user from a service centralization and continuity application server (SCC AS), or obtaining the visited IMS control point (VICP) information according to the number or identifier of the calling user; the MSC or UE sending a call message via the VICP corresponding to the VICP information. Also disclosed is a system for the CS domain call to access the network through the visited IMS. The present invention can utilize the IMS access capabilities of the visited network when the UE initiates a call through the CS domain, thus reducing the consumption of CS long-distance link resources to a certain extent.</p> |
