<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that can receive special premium mail service with respect to electronic mail that a sender terminal transmits through sender software. <P>SOLUTION: Uses of the Internet are improved by an electronic mail server 20 connected to the Internet and electronic mail software (electronic mail service). A sender 12 uses sender electronic mail software to select delivery using the electronic mail service together with special automatic premium service, and normally selects special option premium service which is usable with an additional charge.
