Light mouldings are produced by bonding together preformed, thin walled hollow balls of a solid material in such a manner that they fill the space inside the face geometrically defining the moulding. Method gives cellular mouldings with good resistance to damage. The hollow balls may consist of a plastic material e.g. acrylic glass, glass, or a metal, e.g. steel. |
