PURPOSE: Method and device for manufacturing a PE(Polyethylene) sewer pipe for enhancing coupling force are provided to prevent a profile from becoming separated from a connecting member due to enhanced coupling force. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a PE(Polyethylene) sewer pipe comprises first to third extruders(100,140,150), a cooler(110), a winder(120), and a cutting device(130). The first extruder forms profiles. A downward coupling protrusion is protruded from the central part of one side of the profile. An upward coupling protrusion is protruded from the central part of the other side of the profile. The cooler cools the profile extruded from the first extruder. The winder supplies the profile supplied from the cooler in a spiral shape so that the coupling protrusions are coupled in an uneven shape to form external and internal spaces.
