The motion analysis system has a miniaturized power source unit, inertial sensor, data memory, microprocessor with associated software for fastening to the human body. An electronic system with software is mounted in the human body in a position to detect and store the movement data. A support is provided in the spinal orthesis (2) by which the electronic system is fixed in the central region of lumbar vertebrae of the user (1). An independent claim is included for method for enhancement and acceleration of rehabilitation measures.
