<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control an oil pump driven by a brushless motor without causing step out. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus of controlling the motor for the electric oil pump includes: an oil supply changeover mechanism that selects oil supply between a mechanical oil pump and oil supply from the electric oil pump; a control command generating unit that generates a sum signal indicating a sum of a first current command signal to determine torque for the electric motor and a second current command signal determined by a deviation in rotational speed of the electric motor, on the basis of oil supply information; and an electric motor control unit that performs vector control based on a difference between output from the control command generating unit and a load current flowing in a sensorless electric motor. The control command generating unit is provided with a speed limiting unit to obtain the second current command signal, and the speed limiting unit has a first upper limit value and a first lower limit value. When the rotational speed deviates from this range, the speed limiting unit generates the second current command signal in a direction to suppress the deviation of the rotational speed, and when the deviation is continued for a predetermined time or more, the speed limiting unit sets a new first upper limit value and a new first lower limit value of the rotational speed which are respectively changed in a direction with the deviation continued. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
