<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize printing of higher precision. <P>SOLUTION: An inkjet head 1 comprises a piezoelectric member 23 having a plurality of pressure chambers 36 arranged along the lengthwise direction thereof, a substrate 20 to which the piezoelectric member 23 is bonded, a frame member 21 bonded to the substrate 20 and a nozzle plate 22 and which surrounds the piezoelectric member 23, the nozzle plate 22 having a plurality of nozzles 33, an ink supply path 41, an ink discharge path 42, a supply hole 29 provided in the substrate adjacent to both end parts of the piezoelectric member 23, a discharge hole 30 provided in the substrate adjacent to both end parts of the piezoelectric member 23, and an ink supply device 2 that circulates ink within a common liquid chamber 24 and the ink supply path 41 and the ink discharge path 42 are formed so as to have the same pressure loss resistance and when ink is discharged from each of the nozzles 33 or when the same is not discharged, the pressure of the plurality of the nozzles 33 is formed uniformly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
