<p>The present invention provides a mobile health records system for managingelectronic health records of patients created by different medical professionals. Themobile health records system comprises a patient health record (PHR) server having adatabase for storing the health records; and a clinical management system remotelylocated off the PHR server and accessible directly by at least one medical professional,the clinical management system is operable to communicate with the PHR serverthrough a communication network to create new individual health records and retrievethe individual health records for updating. The individual records are accessible by therespective patients through their mobile communication device via the communicationnetwork; and the PHR server is adapted to prevent any changes made by the medicalprofessionals and the respective patients to the individual health records stored thereon,such that the individual health records can be treated as admissible individual records.FIG. 1</p> |
