Provided is a charge acceptance limit determination device capable of correctly determining a charge acceptance limit. The device is characterized by including: a voltage measuring means (2) for measuring the voltage of a secondary battery (1); a current measuring means (3) for measuring the current flowing through the secondary battery (1); a determining means (4) for determining whether or not the secondary battery (1) has reached a charge acceptance limit on the basis of the positions of the voltage and the current measured by the voltage measuring means (2) and the current measuring means (3) on a current-voltage plane.
