<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte injection method and an electrolyte injection device which are capable of shortening the time required for penetration of an electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolyte injection method comprises: a liquid injection means insertion step of inserting liquid injection means 120 for discharging an electrolyte, into an exterior material for housing a chargeable/dischargeable power generating element; and an electrolyte injection step of injecting the electrolyte into the exterior material through the liquid injection means after the liquid injection means insertion step.
