<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode sheet for a winding-type battery having a small amount of curvature, and a manufacturing method thereof, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode sheet is formed by rolling an active material layer on the whole surface excepting at least one uncoated part U of the electrode sheet made of sheet-like metal foil S. Then, an extension part is provided at the uncoated part of the active material layer in this uncoated part U. In this way, the curvature of the electrode sheet is suppressed by forming the extension part at the uncoated part of the electrode sheet, and moreover, wrinkles and cracks occurring in the longitudinal direction of the electrode sheet are hard to occur when the electrode sheet is wound or sent to a next process by application of tension. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
