<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen plate of which the service life is long, and which is excellent in printing durability, and to provide a method of manufacturing a display panel using the same. <P>SOLUTION: An emulsion layer 24 which is formed on the screen plate 17 is constituted of a double layer structure of a first emulsion layer 22 which is formed in a manner to be buried in the meshes of a screen mesh 25, and a second emulsion layer 23 which is formed on the top of the first emulsion layer 22. The first emulsion layer 22 is constituted of an emulsion of which the elongation is higher than that of the second emulsion layer 23.
