In testing and repairing front wheels of vehicles, it is necessary to turn the wheels from time to time. The present device turns the steering wheel and thus turns the vehicle wheels. A rubber roller engages the steering wheel and is turned in either direction by a motor. Reversal of the motor is controlled by a remote switch held by the operator at the vehicle wheel.
