<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems that: the tip position accuracy of a cutting tool held by a multiaxial robot is difficult to be secured and the requiring strict control of thickness such as an instrument panel airbag cleavage line is not suitable to be applied for, which can be solved by using a general-purpose NC processing machine though it takes a time in positioning and it takes a longer time and is uneconomical to machine a cleavage line in which groove is continuous; and the tip position of the cutting tool is difficult to be secured in a position with high accuracy and to be controlled for machining thin members such as an airbag cleavage line. <P>SOLUTION: The device for forming the airbag tear line includes a tear line forming receptacle table 4 on which a panel 11 constituting the airbag tear line 22 can be set upside down and which can move the panel, a working block 5 movable in at least two directions of an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction and having an end mill 10 as the cutting tool for machining the panel 11, and a solenoid 8 mounted in the working block 5 and move the end mill 10 in the Z-axis direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
