A process for the preparation of solid solution of tertiary phosphates of cobalt (II) and manganese (II) octahydrates of CoMn(PO)∙8HO (0<x≤1.0) composition consists in that to the thermostated at 40-80 °C reactor, containing water, acidified with phosphate acid to pH value of 3.3-3.6 for 6-8 hours a homogenized mechanical mixture of cobalt (II) and manganese (II) hydroxycarbonates are given parallel at continuous mixture. The molar ratio of K = Co/Mn in composition of mixture changes from 1.9 to 55.0 and 40-87 % solution of phosphate acid, maintaining as permanent pH value from range of 3.3-3.6. 20-30 % solution of hydrogen peroxide is added in ratio of &Sgr;Co,Mn in composition of hydroxycarbonates to HO= 9.0-6.0, produced precipitate is filtered, washed (T:P=1:5), and dried at 40 °C. |
