PURPOSE: A local broadcasting system and method thereof are provided to improve a communication system by providing duplex communication services to a user. CONSTITUTION: A manager terminal(100) registers broadcast reception target information or broadcast content. The CTI server extracts the terminal number of a broadcast reception target and the broadcast content. The CTI server transmits a call connection request signal to a broadcast terminal(400). The reception number of the call connection request signal is matched with a broadcast transmission usage, the broadcast terminal outputs the broadcast content.
