PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing semiconductor elements is provided to reduce loss costs and prevent environmental pollutant because filtered precious metals are collected and recycled. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing semiconductor elements is as follows. Mixture of precious metal and slurry is collected. The collected mixture of precious metal and slurry is filtered through a filter(120). The filtered liquid reacts with hydrochloric acid to form platinum chloride solution. The platinum chloride solution is neutralized and the rest of neutralized insoluble compound is scrapped. Ammonium chloride solution is added to the neutralized platinum chloride solution to form ammonium chloroplatinic acid solution. The ammonium chloroplatinic acid solution is heated to collect precious metals. |
