<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing a disk from being illegally copied. <P>SOLUTION: A copy prevention module 10 provided with an override module is dispersed to a data file 20 to be protected and is combined to form a copy prevention data file, the copy prevention data file is written in a nonoverwritable disk storage medium, and the copy prevention data file arranges the override module of the copy prevention module 10 by dispersing the override module to each data block of the data file 20. Thus, the copy prevention data file is arranged in the following orders of a first data block 21, a first override module 11, a second group or more of data blocks, and an override module, and different data blocks are repeatedly overridden in a designated temporary storage area.
