PURPOSE: A cooking machine is provided to generate hot water and minimize energy loss because heat generating in cooking is recovered to heat water. CONSTITUTION: A cooking machine(1) comprises a main body(11), a hood(12), a heat recovery unit, and a hot water supply unit. The hood is located above the main body to suck polluted air generating in cooking and discharge the polluted air to the outside. A suction hole is formed in the hood to suck the polluted air into the hood. The heat recovery unit is installed inside the hood adjacent to the suction hole and recovers heat of the polluted air sucking the hood. The hot water supply unit is connected to the heat recovery unit, and generates and supplies hot water by using the heat recovering in the heat recovery unit. |
