<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult for a maintenance man to confirm user operation from contents of a communication log unless the maintenance man understands communication data structure and a format of each command, the communication log being conventionally acquired between an electronic apparatus and a maintenance apparatus when a setting or the like is performed between the maintenance apparatus and a connection destination apparatus (the electronic apparatus being a maintenance target). <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance apparatus: outputs display contents of a screen and time information when the display contents of a maintenance tool screen as a screen display log changes separately from a communication log between an electronic apparatus and the maintenance apparatus; and reproduces a screen at an adjustment time by outputting the screen display change log from the maintenance apparatus or displaying it on a display part.
