<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large flow-rate type high-speed linear servo valve capable of increasing a thrust even while maintaining high responsibility without enlarging a voice coil type linear motor itself. <P>SOLUTION: The electric/hydraulic linear servo valve is configured by mounting the voice coil type linear motors 10A, 10B respectively to both end parts of a valve spool 2 as an electromagnetic linear motor device for driving the valve spool 2. Movable coils 15A, 15B of respective linear motors are directly connected to the both end parts of the valve spool 2, and the movable coils 15A, 15B move integrally with the valve spool 2 in reciprocation of axial movement. Both sides of movable coils 15A, 15B are excited in synchronism with each other by a control amplifier such that the axial thrust generated by excitation additively is actuated in the same direction with respect to the valve spool 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
