<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar reflector plate which reflects electromagnetic waves incident into a closed space to make it focused at a desired position, and is installed in a closed space, and is capable of improving an electric field intensity in the focused point. <P>SOLUTION: On a front surface of a planar member 21, a plurality of phase delay elements 22 which reflect incident waves 23 and delay a phase of reflected waves 24 are arranged at an approximately regular interval. As phase delay elements 22, an element Zc which is largest in a phase delay effect is arranged in the vicinity of a center of the incident waves 23, and an element Zb which is lower in a phase delay effect than the element Zc is arranged in a circumference thereof, and an element Za which is further lower in a phase delay effect is arranged in the periphery thereof. As for the incident waves 23, a phase shift amount becomes a different value due to an effect of the phase delay elements 22 at the time of reflection, and an equal-phase surface 25 of the reflected waves 24 is made to be curved, and a focusing area 26 of the electromagnetic waves is made to be generated at a desired position of the closed space from the planar member 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
