<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance measurement precision for inclination of an object to be detected. <P>SOLUTION: A principle circuit 101 of an inclination sensor device has detection elements 111, 112, 113, and 114 which vary in impedance according to displacement of a horizontal plane, and are arranged on the left front side, left rear side, right rear side, and right front side of an axis Y extending in parallel with the horizontal plane respectively, The detection element 111 is connected to the detection element 112 through a connection part 115, and the detection element 112 is connected to the detection element 113 through a connection part 116; and the detection element 113 is connected to the detection element 114 through a connection part 117, the detection element 114 is connected to the detection element 111 through a connection part 118, and a power source 119 which generates a driving voltage is connected to the connection part 116 and the connection part 118.
