<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire which is formed using a thermoplastic resin material, and has excellent shock resistance and breakage resistance, and to provide a method of manufacturing the tire which is high in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The tire 10 has at least a circular tire frame 17 formed of a thermoplastic resin material.
