PURPOSE: A rubber composition and a rubber packing of a food processor which is manufactured by using thereof are provided to improve durability, ozone-proof, and oxidation resistance and prevent undesired solidification. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition comprises 39.4-48.2 parts by weight of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, 16.8-20.7 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride, 18.5-22.7 parts by weight of plasticizer, 10-14 parts by weight of carbon black, 1.0-3.0 parts by weight of zinc oxide and 0.3-1.6 parts by weight of anti-aging agent. The plasticizer is more than one which is selected from paraffin chloride, diphenyl chloride, dibutyl phthalate, and dioctyl phthalate. The anti-aging agent comprises one or greater between 2,2'-methylene-bis-(4-methyl-6-tert-butyl phenol)[2,2'-ethylene-bis-(4-methyl-6-tertbutylphenol)]s and 2-mercaptobenzimidazole[2-mercaptobenzimidazole].
