MASK FOR ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence mask is provided to increase a pitch degree and strength of the mask, thereby increasing a yield for manufacturing masks. CONSTITUTION: The size of a section of an opening is smaller than the size of a section of another opening by comparing the shape of the section of the opening with the shape of the section of another opening. An opening is formed by etching a metal foil which configures a mask.
