PURPOSE: A propeller processing apparatus for a ship is provided to reduce manufacturing procedures because a blade milling ram head and a boss boring ram head are installed simultaneously to electrically control all the propeller processing procedures with one device. CONSTITUTION: A propeller processing apparatus for a ship comprises a rotary table(1), a rotary table index unit(3), a main gearbox, a base(2), a cross rail(6), columns(5-a,5-b), a blade milling ram head(7), a boss boring ram head(8), and a hydraulic system. The rotary table rotates a propeller in circumferential direction. The rotary table index unit controls rotation angle of the rotary table. A driving unit of the main gearbox drives the rotary table in circumferential direction. The base rotates the propeller and the rotary table smoothly. Lining plates(27-a,27-b) of the base support the rotary table and the propeller simultaneously. The columns are arranged in both sides of the base and support the cross rail. The blade milling ram head and the boss boring ram head are respectively process blades and boss of the propeller. The hydraulic system is connected to each unit. |
