PURPOSE: A digital broadcasting receiver and a program guide supplying method are provided to supply channel information of a desired genre through a program guide. CONSTITUTION: If a specific genre is selected, broadcasting information related to selected specific genre is displayed to a first menu or a second menu(S57, S59). If the first menu or the second menu is moved to a third menu, a digital broadcasting receiver displays selected specific genre related broadcasting information on the third menu(S61, S63).
