<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of noises while securing high opening/closing responsiveness of a check valve. <P>SOLUTION: A valve seat 63 and a stopper 65 of the check valve 48 are formed of resin, and a check ball 64 is formed of carbon or resin and so the check ball 64 is lighter than metal one to reduce its inertia. This not only makes the check valve 48 easy to open/close at a high frequency to improve the responsiveness, but also reduces the impact of the check ball 64 when colliding with the valve seat 63 and the stopper 65, to prevent the occurrence of noises an improve the durability. Valve housings 61, 62 holding the valve seat 63 and the stopper 65 are formed of flake graphite cast iron having high damping capacity. This efficiently damps the impact of the check ball 64 colliding with the valve seat 63 and the stopper 65 to prevent the propagation of noises to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
