<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover material for a final disposal site which uses service water sludge incineration ash, obtained by incinerating service water sludge, preferably derived from rivers or lakes and marshes, as daily, intermediate, or final cover material in the final disposal site, can further promote stabilization of a landfill site and prevent emission of offensive odor, damage by beasts and birds, and generation of flies, mosquitoes and the like, as the cover material is convenient for scattering prevention and excellent for planting due to containing no harmful substances and having fine particle size, can prevent scattering and outflow of waste materials, does not contain organic substances, does not become a waste material, and utilizes the service water sludge in a wider range. <P>SOLUTION: The service water sludge incineration ash is used as the cover material for a final disposal site, and cover soil is formed by the service water sludge incineration ash. The cover material for covering waste materials in the final disposal site uses the service water sludge incineration ash, and more specifically, the cover material prevents emission of offensive odor, damage by beasts and birds, and generation of flies, mosquitoes and the like and prevents scattering and outflow of waste materials in the final disposal site, and does not become a waste material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
