Provided is an electronic circuit unit to be mounted within a casing of an automatic transmission for a vehicle, wherein troubles due to foreign substances mixing into oil or the like within the casing is alleviated effectively with a simple structure. The electronic circuit unit is provided with: an electronic circuit body (10) comprising circuit-side terminals (14A, 14B) protruding in the outward direction from a main body (10a) thereof; connectors (CA, CB) that are to be connected to the electronic circuit body (10); a cover (80); and a base member (50) comprising a mounting face (52) upon which the cover (80), the electronic circuit body (10), and the connectors (CA, CB) are to be mounted. The cover (80) has formed thereon: a main-body covering part (81) that covers the main body (10a) of the electronic circuit body (10) from a side opposite the mounting face (52); intermeshing-area covering sections (90A, 90B) that extend in the direction that the circuit-side terminals (14A, 14B) protrude from the main-body cover unit (81), and cover the areas where the circuit-side terminals (14A, 14B) and intermeshing sections (24) of wire-side terminals (20A, 20B) intermesh with each other, from the side opposite the mounting face (52); and regulating sections (95) that regulate the connectors (CA, CB) such that the connectors will not become detached from intermeshed positions to detached positions.
