WOOD PELLET TUBULAR BOILER

PURPOSE: A smoke tube boiler using wood pellets is provided to prevent a generation of a clinker because a rotary grill is rotated by rotating an operating lever so that the fuel is constantly transferred. CONSTITUTION: A smoke tube boiler using wood pellets comprises a grill(19), a drying rotary blades(27), and a waste heat recovery chamber(29). The grill is installed in the lower part of a combustion chamber(15). The grill props up pellets(90) supplied by driving a screw conveyor(17) to be lighted by a ignition heater. The drying rotary blades dry the pellets supplied through a pellet inlet port(26a) by using combustion gas and heat discharged through an exhaust gas flue(11b) in the inner side of a drying chamber(26). The drying rotary blades discharge pellets through a pipe(92a) to a hopper(92). The waste heat recovery chamber is installed in the outer side of the exhaust gas flue. The waste heat recovery chamber collect the heat passed through the drying rotary blades and discharged through the exhaust gas flue.
