PURPOSE: An ambient air temperature sensing device for a vehicle is provided to stabilize rpm of an engine by preventing overload of an automatic air conditioning system due to high heat of the engine. CONSTITUTION: An ambient air temperature sensing device for a vehicle comprises an outdoor air inflow duct(100) and a temperature sensing part(200). The outdoor air inflow duct has an outdoor air inlet(110) and an outdoor air outlet(120). Outdoor air flows through the outdoor air inlet. The outdoor air flowing in through the outdoor air inlet discharges to the outdoor air outlet. The temperature sensing part is installed in the outdoor air inflow duct. In order to increase inflow rate, the diameter of the outdoor air outlet is smaller than the diameter of the outdoor air inlet.
