PURPOSE: A data call connection control system and a method thereof are provided to maintain or disconnect a data call session by a state of the data call session when usage limit of a subscriber with a limited call rate plan is exceeded. CONSTITUTION: When usage limit of a subscriber with a limited call rate plan reaches a specific limit exceeding condition, a call exchanger(100,200) provides a state information of a data call session of a corresponding terminal for a predefined condition time. When the usage limit of the subscriber with a limited call rate is exceeded and the terminal is in a idle state, a billing service device(300,400) requests a data call session release for the terminal to the call exchanger. |
